They assist over 200 families each month, providing a listening ear and practical tools to navigate the challenges associated with substance misuse.
In addition to one-on-one support, Hetty's offers various group sessions, including a Kinship Care Group for those caring for children removed from their birth parents due to substance issues. They also host creative workshops aimed at building confidence and wellbeing. The charity operates a support line from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, ensuring that help is accessible when needed.
